About making this : We use an expanded PVC board as the substrate for the background and mounting tabs.  Using a CNC router we carve out the design, fill with 2 part Epoxy and then laminate the matte black areas with 1/8" Gloss Black Cast Acrylic using a high performance, outdoor grade 3M adhesive! We make a BAD ASS PRODUCT!

Each individual 3-dimensional part is precision cut, colored and inlayed with most weather resistance in mind.  We recommend these for INDOOR USE but since they are made from 100% PVC plastic and we use premium exterior grade oil-based paint, these signs will probably last outdoors as well!  Please research some UV Coatings that may be available for your outdoor needs to be realized!
